Hello, I am Sue Crabtree.

When I was younger I spent many years dieting – trying to get to that perfect weight and that perfect health. I bought books; DVD’s; hypnotherapy CD’s; joined the gym; then boot camp; juice fasts; meal replacements and yes; even colonic irrigation. Finally, I realised none of it was working.

What I did next …
Subsequently, I decided to research the subject properly and spent the next 3 years studying a science degree in nutrition at the University of Westminster. I graduated in 2009 with a BSc. Honours degree in Nutritional Therapy and have not looked back.

What I learned was that yo-yo dieting does not work and that research has shown that there is only a 5% success rate for diets. Since I stepped off the dieting merry-go-round I’ve lost weight and my energy levels and general wellbeing have soared.

So how can I help you?
I teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle and get proper nutrition. My aim is to change your perception of what it means to be healthy with my trusted and credible advice - to look and feel better. I will give you the tools, advice and support you need to feel 100% healthier. I keep things simple so you can make realistic changes to suit your needs, lifestyle and budget.

My nutrition classes are not just about the weight loss, it’s also about improving health, boosting energy levels and learning to love our bodies again. I use nutrition, health and fitness to help you become the best you can be!

Affiliations:
I am a fully accredited member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
Since no weight loss programme can be maintained without exercise, I am a qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor (QCF), plus Indoor Cycle and Circuit Training, since no weight loss programme will be maintained without exercise. Most of my clients are reluctant to join a gym or even go walking in public since they feel self-conscious and think everyone will be looking at them. I have set up various fitness classes for those specifically shy and uncomfortable with exercise. I like to make exercise a fun and comfortable place to be.
